Well Captain Slingshot:
Unfortunately, I erased your kind message to me so I couldn't call.

I hope you had a good trip. Your music hits the spot. I was dancing and having fun.

Thanks and thanks for the pics and your very kind comments.
The ol Slinger looks great but I would like to see more of you and less of you. The first we can accomplish by arranging a get-together; the second you have to do on your own.
You gotta lose some weight because we want you around for a long time to come. I know the pro entertainer life is no help but you gotta try. Here's my simple formula […]

From what I glean we have a lot of talk to catch up on, so we will save it for an all nighter.
I am so humble that you never forgot me. There is a place where people bond that is beyond the reach of time and space and where connection just endures. Forever.

Hi Slingshot,
The new CD  WELCOME TO GUYANA sounds great and I want to know where I can get a  few copies. As you know, here in London UK we do not have the outlets that you guys have in the USA and Canada.
I have a friend who will be going to the USA from Guyana in August and then on to visit me here in the UK for a week.  I could ask her to get it in Guyana if it is released there or pick it up in New York if you can let me know the outlets which stock it.
We wish you every success with it as it sounds like a real winner especially with the WCC playing in Guyana.
Waiting to hear from you and wishing you all the best in life always.

I know that you will not believe this, but I so swear that it is true.  I just returned home from work, it is about 1030 pm., Sunday, July 16th.  Your ears must be burning, because it was just a few hours ago, that I was talking about you with my colleagues at my University.  We were discussing the Caribbean, especially Trinidad and Guyana, and your name was among the names mentioned.  This is so very coincidental, cosmic, serendipitous, lol, all of the above. […] I so look forward to receiving your videos, as I long to see Guyana through your eyes!  Your music is so very passionate, with a powerful message to all, both young and "old" alike!  […]

Maurice, Bernie and the Ramblers,
I just played your latest CD 3 times and I am really enjoying it. Great stuff! I especially like “Island Girl” by Slingshot, “Bossa Nova” and “Suhani Raat”.
Thanks for the comp copy.

Hello Mr. Slingshot!

How are you doing? I was thinking about coming to Orlando to see you win the crown, but I do not know if I can make it.  Anyway, I wish you all the luck to win the crown.  I do have a lot of confidence in you as a singer and a writer.  I think you are a very hardworking determined person.  I am also a very good writer, but I could not deal with those Miami people who were looking for fun and not seriousness.  […]

One of my sisters moved to Tampa, so I have to come down there soon and look you up.

Have a good day…!
